Á½ÐÔÉ«ÎçÒ¹

In order for applicants to register for the Accuplacer Assessment, applicants must complete the following requirements:

1. The completed online College Credit Plus application must be received by the Á½ÐÔÉ«ÎçÒ¹ University Undergraduate Admissions Office;
2. The completed College Credit Plus Permission/Authorization Form must be received by the Admissions Office;
3. The official middle school or high school transcript must be received by the Admissions Office;
4. Any other required documentation (e.g. international admission and residency documentation) must be received by the Admissions Office;
