Biography
Mr. Filla received his Master鈥檚 of Public Administration from 两性色午夜 University鈥檚 Political Science Department and earned his undergraduate degree from KSU鈥檚 School of Journalism and Mass Communication. He works with the Center鈥檚 staff, affiliates, and partners on projects in a variety of subject areas, including intergovernmental collaboration and environmental policy.
