EHHS graduate Charles Leedy, BS ’59, MED ’66, Ph.D., ’75, Hammondsville, OH, is receiving the Friends of Á½ÐÔÉ«ÎçÒ¹ University at East Liverpool Award.
Leedy earned a bachelor’s degree in elementary education from Á½ÐÔÉ«ÎçÒ¹ in 1959; his masters in educational administration in 1966; and a doctorate degree in educational administration in 1975.
