Philip Wagner
reports that Philip H. Wagner, BA ’88, MEd ’90, EdS ’92, Ph.D. ’06, Lewis Center, Ohio, is a four-time graduate of Á½ÐÔÉ«ÎçÒ¹ University (EHHS/CoAS) and licensed school psychologist. Wagner was announced as Ohio’s next Superintendent of Public Instruction by the State Board of Education in March 2026. Currently superintendent of Johnstown-Monroe Local Schools, Wagner will lead the board in managing teacher licensing and disciplinary matters starting in late July 2026.
