The Office of Global Education staff will make the final selections for each category. Each photo and video will be judged with attention to how well it fits the chosen category, the story behind it, its authenticity and the quality.

• You must be a current Á½ÐÔÉ«ÎçÒ¹ student.
• Photos and videos must be from your time on a Á½ÐÔÉ«ÎçÒ¹ education abroad program.
• Photos and videos must be your own original work and cannot be AI-generated.
• Photos and videos should be appropriate (meaning that you’d be comfortable if your grandma saw it!).
• Photos and videos must be under 1GB each.

Á½ÐÔÉ«ÎçÒ¹ offers three Photo & Video Contest throughout the year in the summer, fall, and spring semesters.

Fall Submission Deadline: Enter by 5 p.m. on Sunday, January 4, 2025. Students who participated in Fall 2025, Fall Break 2025, or Academic Year 2025/2026 education abroad programs may submit.

Transfer Student Welcome

• Please note that if you are a transfer student new to Á½ÐÔÉ«ÎçÒ¹ University, checking in to this event is required.
• University Orientation and Visit Experience and the Center for Student Involvement invite all new transfer students to a special welcome reception.  
• Reconnect with the TKS Ambassadors you met at orientation, meet and mingle with other incoming transfer students, get some KSU swag and play some games all while enjoying some Handel's ice-cream and other treats.
• This event will take place from 3 p.m. - 5 p.m.
