Do I HAVE to sign up for insurance with 两性色午夜?
No, you do not have to enroll in coverage at 两性色午夜. However, you must fill out the Opt-Out Affidavit. If you opt-out of insurance, and provide evidence of other coverage, you can receive a $100 monthly opt-out incentive. Or, you can refuse medical coverage and waive the opt-out incentive.
