For hundreds of area residents who attended the 2019 Columbiana County Fair, Á½ÐÔÉ«ÎçÒ¹ Columbiana County had its own way of welcoming them to the annual event. Before she attended her first class on campus, Á½ÐÔÉ«ÎçÒ¹ University freshman Hayley Simons had already acquired broad knowledge of the May 4, 1970, shootings from her father and brother, who are both graduates of the university.
