the salting’s creative directors and co-owners, Michael Ward and Manel Garcia Espejo, are both seasoned veterans of the fashion industry. Ward, a Parsons School of Design alumnus, honed his craft at Burberry, Rachel Zoe, & Diane Von Furstenberg, while Garcia Espejo studied at the London College of Fashion and gained recognition working with Francisco Costa at Calvin Klein Collection and Raf Simons & Pieter Mullier at Calvin Klein by appointment.
