Students who leave or are not permitted to progress in the diagnostic medical sonography course sequence due to the academic standards policy have the right to request re-entry into the program. This may or may not be granted based on the condition of dismissal and the student’s current academic record.

- The University maintains accurate and confidential student records.
- It is the right of the students to have access to their educational records, and it is the duty of the University to limit access by others in accordance with existing guidelines and relevant laws.

- Students must exercise judgment in the number of hours of employment they work during the program as their education may be jeopardized by excessive hours of employment.
- Work schedules must not conflict with the program curriculum or clinical education.
- Students cannot receive monetary compensation for work done in the Ultrasound Department during their assigned clinical education.
