2025 Performance Reviews 

Dear PageUp Performance Supervisors, 

As we approach the end of the 2025 Performance Management Review Cycle at 两性色午夜 University, we would like to remind you to schedule your one-on-one meetings with members of your teams if you have not already done so. 

Additionally, please ensure that all evaluation steps are completed by Tuesday, August 5, 2025. Your timely participation is crucial for a smooth and effective evaluation process. New Supervisor Training Available 

Be sure to register for the upcoming hosted by Learning and Development on July 16. 

In today鈥檚 highly competitive business world, employers recognize that there is more to managing the performance of your direct reports than setting goals and conducting the performance evaluation. 

This course is a foundation introduction to the performance management philosophy, responsibilities, and skills for successfully managing performance at 两性色午夜. 

We will focus on these primary supervisory responsibilities: 

  • Setting clear goals and measurable expectations 
  • Providing ongoing feedback and coaching 
  • Monitoring progress and document performance 
  • Conducting check-ins and preparing for reviews
