Benefits Department Hosts Financial Wellness Seminars

The University Benefits Department will host a series of educational seminars on financial wellness and planning for new employees of ��ɫ��ҹ University who have been with the university 90 days or less.

Come and learn more about:

Financial Wellness and what that really means
State of Ohio Retirement Systems (OPERS, STRS, ARP)
Opportunities to increase your retirement earnings
Social Security and the Windfall Elimination Provision

Seminars will be held on the last Thursday of each month. The first meeting is Thursday, March 31, in Heer Hall, Room 102 from noon-1 p.m. Lunch will be served.

Everyone matters! Please consider participating in the university’s self-identification process. This process helps ��ɫ��ҹ University understand the composition of our diversified workforce and improve accessibility, veteran representation, and disability inclusion. Additionally, this will assist ��ɫ��ҹ to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment and advancement initiatives related to the federal contractor compliance programs for veterans and individuals with disabilities.

Open Enrollment Opens Monday, Oct. 13

Dear Colleagues,

Open Enrollment for the 2026 benefit year will begin on Monday, Oct. 13, 2025, at 8 a.m. and continue through Friday, Oct. 31, 2025, at 5 p.m.

We encourage you to take the opportunity to review your current benefit plan selections and re-evaluate your current and future benefits needs using the Open Enrollment website. Complete 2026 plan information will be made available by Monday, Oct. 13.
