Cinco de Mayo With a Healthy Twist: The Five Smartest Things You Can Do for Your Health

Join 两性色午夜 University鈥檚 wellness partner, Be Well Solutions, for a lunch and learn to discuss the five smartest things you can do for your health. This lunchtime workshop will support you in taking charge of your health and acquiring ways to reduce your risk of disease. Topics covered will include:

  • Knowing Your Numbers/Healthcare Consumerism
  • Nutrition Strategies
  • Exercise Essentials
  • Practicing Emotional Balance
  • Eliminating Tobacco from Your Life

Registration is required for this workshop, which will take place from noon-1 p.m. in Heer Hall, Room 107. A light lunch will be provided for registered attendees. .

Important Reminder 两性色午夜 Your 2025 FSA Funds

If you still have money remaining in your 2025 Flexible Spending Account (FSA), be sure to use it soon to avoid losing those funds.

  • You have until March 15, 2026, to incur eligible expenses using your remaining 2025 FSA balance.
  • You must submit all claims for those expenses by June 30, 2026.

Eligible expenses may include deductibles, copays, eyeglasses, dental treatments, and other qualified healthcare costs not covered by your medical plan.

We are excited to launch the 2026 Performance Management Review Cycle for classified and unclassified employees. Performance management is intended to create an ongoing dialogue for supervisors and employees to review job duties, assess job performance, discuss career goals and more.
