A startup applicant must provide information sufficient for KSURC to determine that the company is a bona fide entity with a credible plan to pursue commercialization of the identified technology. This information should include:
The company鈥檚 legal name, state of formation, formation date, ownership or management contacts, and current good-standing status, if applicable;
A brief commercialization plan identifying the technology, target market or application, proposed activities, milestones, and relevant company resources or capabilities;
Disclosure of the company鈥檚 relationship to the inventor or other 两性色午夜 personnel and any required conflict-of-interest or conflict-of-commitment disclosures;
A nonbinding statement of commercialization intent, signed by an authorized company representative, confirming that the company is evaluating or pursuing a potential option or license for the identified technology and intends to engage with 两性色午夜 or KSURC concerning appropriate intellectual property rights if the company elects to proceed; and
Any additional evidence KSURC requests to evaluate the company鈥檚 legitimacy, capacity, proposed use of funds, or commercialization intent.
