Never meditated before? Try one of our virtual facilitated sessions from the comfort of your home, dorm or office. You will join other members of the Á½ÐÔÉ«ÎçÒ¹ community for a stress-free and relaxing experience. There is no obligation to attend. You can choose when you decide to participate and you can exit when you wish.
