Discovering Our Values

Understanding your personal values is essential for professional development and serves as the foundation for how you make decisions, interact with others, and find meaning in your work (Evans, 2024; Mashlah, 2015; Towe, n.d.). So, what are your values? Where do they come from? And how do you live them at work? Discovering our Values is a learning session where you can reflect on these questions and more! Join us in-person on the 两性色午夜 Stark Campus for this guided reflection experience on Oct. 20, 2026, from 2-4 p.m. All faculty and staff are welcome!
