Join us for a free mental health training. The ��ɫ��ҹ University Center for Public Policy and Health is hosting a live virtual A.I.D. (Awareness-Interaction-Direction) training, where you will learn essential skills to recognize signs of mental distress in others, have a compassionate conversation with someone in distress, and provide direction to resources. This training is suitable for anyone interested in building their understanding and awareness of mental health.

The training is free but registration is required.

Richard Hlavaty of Montgomery, Alabama, served in the U.S. Marine Corps from 2006 to 2010, completing two combat tours, one in Iraq and one in Afghanistan.
