Annual Assessment Report Example and Rubric
To support the annual academic program assessment reporting process, our office has provided an example for reference (click button below to download). The report presents assessment measures and results, along with an analysis to determine whether established benchmarks were met. When outcomes do not meet expectations, the report identifies planned actions to revise assessment activities, including defined goals and timelines for implementation.
Annual Assessment Report Example
An Advisory Committee for Academic Assessment (ACAA) subcommittee created an assessment report rubric (click button below to download) to provide feedback to programs on their assessment plans, results and action plans as reported in the University's assessment platform. ACAA's goal is to provide feedback to as many programs as possible on their assessment planning processes. Please note that the emphasis is on the outcome structure, measurements and actions reported in the assessment plan, not whether the results or findings met the target achievements. ACAA will annually release general announcements and recommendations on program assessment across the university.
