Á½ÐÔÉ«Îçҹ’s Giving Tuesday Launches Monthlong Initiative Featuring Numerous Incentives for Supporters

Á½ÐÔÉ«ÎçÒ¹ University, which has gained national recognition for its creative and successful Giving Tuesday campaigns, launched its monthlong celebration of philanthropy on Nov. 1. Giving Tuesday, now in its eighth year at Á½ÐÔÉ«ÎçÒ¹, has raised nearly $7 million during that time, which illuminates the impact that can be made when Golden Flashes come together.

Campus Pride has released its 2021 Best of the Best LGBTQ-Friendly Colleges and Universities list, and for the second time in two years, Á½ÐÔÉ«ÎçÒ¹ University has landed on it. Á½ÐÔÉ«ÎçÒ¹ is the only Ohio public university to make the 2021 list, and it again is the only school in the Mid-American Conference (MAC) to receive this recognition.

The Á½ÐÔÉ«ÎçÒ¹ University alumni family grew by nearly 1,300 new graduates as the university held its summer commencement. The accomplishments of the Summer Class of 2021 were recognized with in-person, outdoor commencement ceremonies and a virtual commencement ceremony for all colleges and degrees on Aug. 21.
