Facility Rental and Service Pricing Guide

Rates are categorized by space function, equipment type, and user eligibility tiers. This guide includes the newly established Partnership Rate, configured at exactly 50% of the external rate. The partnership rate rule applies directly to university departments and registered student organizations that are co-hosting, sponsoring, or working closely with external groups/organizations for their events.

Important Booking Policies: Standard room reservations must comply with building hours. Setup variations, room adjustment revisions requested close to event dates, or access requested outside of regular business profiles may trigger standard labor premiums or support fees.
